Summary: The property overall is very pretty. During the check-in, we requested additional pillows, which were never delivered. Approximately 730 in the afternoon, early evening, my husband went to ask about the pillows and additional water and there was absolutely no one available. The staff had gone home. The shower didn't drain whatsoever so my husband had to wait approximately 3 hours before he could shower without fear of overflow. Operationally the company has many issues that need to be addressed.

Summary: I had a very pleasant time. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were great and friendly. Easy check in and check out. 1st time there and definitely not the last one.

Summary: Horribly loud banging noises at 5:30 in the morning. Staff said it was the neighbors boiler. A walkie talkie was left in the room and we could hear people talking on it at 7am. Check in said 2pm but our room was not ready until 2:30.

Summary: Beautiful resort with stunning views. It almost feels like the whole resort is to yourself at times because there’s only a small number of cabins (which are modern, gorgeous and on the lake) with just a handful of guests. It really is a special getaway. The staff is also kind, patient and super accommodating. We would enjoy going back!
