Positive: The room is big and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet so we slept well. We also usually used the pool after walks in the sweltering heat. Hot water in the shower was also stable and with good pressure.
Negative: WiFi in the room 101 is awful. Seems like there are different routers set to different passwords by mistake and when you are in the bed it wrote that the password was wrong. And the common hotel network could not be catched in the room. So I could use the network by only sitting in front of the door. It was very uncomfortable and it is the only urgent thing they should fix. The location is a little bit far from centre, so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, however it is not a problem to book a tuktuk via Grab and ride to the centre by no more than 2$. We also lacked a soap dish and we have to put the soap on the beautiful surface of the bathroom furniture. I did not understand whether there are a place for common breakfast as we got our breakfast in the room (what we liked because we were in the a/c room, but instead we had a very limited choice (only omelette or pancakes), but for 2-3 days is not such a problem.

Negative: The Internet was not good in the room (101) . Also under the sun bed needs cleaning .

Positive: The private pool was wonderful after hot day touring temples. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very large, including the bathroom. Restaurant had tasty food and they always brought out fresh fruit regardless of what you ordered.
Negative: As others have mentioned, it is a little away from anything else such as other restaurants or mini marts, but staff helped arrange (inexpensive) Tuk Tuk rides when we wanted to "go to town"

Positive: The room is spacious.
Negative: The location is not good. When we booked up tour nobody wanted to pick us up in this location. Breakfast was very small. We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn’t clean our room. Rooms are not like on the picture they are more outdated.

Positive: Staffs were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious. The bathroom and bathtub was clean. Also, the driver who offered to take us to fishing village was friendly and co-operative. We enjoyed that ride.
Negative: They didn't clean the outer swimming pool area before checking us in, I guess. The seats aside the swimming pool were not prepared, it looked like a garage. Also, the plants and the flowers beside the swimming pool are dead long ago and they haven't cleaned it at all. The photos I took at the pool came out dull, because of all the dead plants and leafs around. The thing I was most excited about was the swimming pool, and it came out to be expectation vs reality.
Summary: The swimming pool area was a joke, felt like a garage.

Positive: A very friendly hotel, conveniently located in Siem Reap and a short tuk-tuk ride from the centre. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Food and drink is available on the rooftop terrace - very relaxing at the end of a day's tour. Jerry.

Positive: Great personal pool which was super cute. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Nice staff
Negative: Hot water was basically non existent which made the bathtub useless. The Wi-Fin also wasn’t working.
