Positive: Location is excellent and just next to airport buses. Room size ( twin room) is good. Hotel provides welcome fruits and farewell treats.
Negative: Room was hot. 26 degree C in room even in April. No response for adjusting the thermal control. Mattresses are a little bit soft and old.
Summary: It was a good stay if the room temperature can be adjusted.

Positive: The staff responsiveness, the location and proximity to public transport and to taksim square.
Negative: The room temperature was very high and hot even when we tried to open the window. When called, the technician said that he can't do anything and that we need to turn off the heater. On another night, we asked to change the room coz the heat was unbearable, thankfully they accepted and the new room was better.
