Positive: The property boasts a beautiful location with serene surroundings and stunning backwater views, perfect for sunset watching. The well-maintained and clean premises enhance the tranquil experience. The staff, especially the General Manager, provided exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay with personalized recommendations.
Negative: Our stay did not meet our expectations, given the price. We were looking for a retreat that combined yoga, meditation, and spa therapies, but while the spa was good, the therapy options were limited. The resort offered complimentary morning and evening yoga along with high tea. However, the morning session was primarily Om chanting rather than a full yoga practice. The evening yoga took place on the lawn during high tea, making it difficult to attend both. Additionally, the session lacked tranquility, as it was held in front of guests enjoying their tea. The food was average, with limited vegetarian options. Between 4-7 PM, the only available food option was French fries, as the kitchen prioritized high tea service, which included only biscuits and aloo vada. After a six-hour road trip, this was insufficient. Overall, while the spa was decent, the experience fell short of what we had hoped for.
Summary: Lovely property, exceptional staff but not worth the money we spent

Positive: The entire experience was great, near the hotel there are a lot of restaraunt and place to visit like bird watching and the possiblity of the boat service, the staff were cordially and the condiction of the room was grat! Thank you
Negative: I think is the only one that has a private swimming pool but the problem is the privacy, i mean if i want to relax or stay in my own the problem is the people outside that can look inside because the leaves didn't garantee the privacy request

Negative: The lack of care when booking in plus the cleanliness of one of our rooms, we had an old desert left by a previous guest along with a very dirty fridge in one of our rooms and the management made no effort to rectify until the day of our departure.

Positive: Beautiful property, almost like a dream like. The animals such as the ducks and birds roaming around were a joy, the butterflies were so wonderful and the fish pond was nice.
Negative: The spa wasn’t impressive, the gym was so poorly laid out and nothing 5star about it. No equipments.
Summary: It has a huge potential. It’s nice but didn’t live up to the amount charged.
