Positive: The room was comfortable, bright, and very clean. The terrace offered a beautiful view, and despite the hot weather outside (around 38°C), the room remained pleasantly cool. The curtains were excellent and kept the heat out so well that I hardly needed to use the air conditioning. The bed was also very comfortable, which made the room itself a great place to stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, an unexpected incident during my stay affected my overall experience and took away much of the enjoyment of being there. As a guest travelling alone in a foreign country, this was particularly upsetting. However, Bruno was kind, responsive, and did his best to help resolve the situation, which I appreciated.

Positive: Location is not super central but the walk from Njoy to Praca Republica to the museum and the university and on to Largo Portagem, was very enjoyable. There is a large communal kitchen and dining room with complete utilities. Room is modern and clean. Located in a secure building on a safe street.

Positive: A very comfortable, moder apartment. Very good contact with the owner, who takes good care of the comfort of his guests. Excellent location, a nice walk to the very centre of Coimbra. An electric heater helps to keep the rooms warm. It's also very quiet so we slept well. And both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable
