My recent 3 day stay with friends at the newly remodeled house on Pymatuning Lake was a total pleasure. Not only the fact that everything in the place, from the flooring to the roofing, is new, the design of the galley kitchen and the traffic patterns work perfect for any size group. There's private spaces when needed and group areas for gathers and TV watching. Outside, parking for cars and boats, room for the kids to run, great view and easy walk to the lake, large fire pit area with firewood for s'mores, and a nice size propane BBQ. Also, and very important to me, everything you need for a "don't forget anything" trip is well thought out and already there. Looking forward to my next visit.

Pymatuning Boating Lakeside Cottage is newly renovated with great lake view. It has three bedrooms, two baths, an all new galley kitchen with Amish built hickory cabinets, and new stainless appliances. The cottage has both central heating and air conditining plus several ceiling fans for cool air.
The outdoor deck offers game playing with a large ceiling fan . A large outdoor fire ring is behind the house with plenty of wood available..
A private boat dock willl be added April 1, 2022. Guests will be able to put their boat in the water at the public boat launch and moor it at the property to access the cottage.
Boat docks are also available at both the Espyville Marina and the Linesville Marina. You can rent a slip there for your stay or rent a boat (mostly pontoon boats). Fishing on the lake is 20 horsepower or less. Pymatuning Lake is known as a favorite vacation area for generations of visitors. The Lakeside Boating Cottage at Pymatuning is a short walk to the lake and has great water views from the kitchen and living room.
It is a popular fishing spot for families from the surrounding areas and states.
The lake is 20 miles long and offers the Pymatuning State Park on both the Ohio side of the lake and on the Pennsylvania side of the lake.
Espyville is a very small community with friendly people and the best ice cream stand for miles around.
This cottage is available during the winter months for a 7 night stay and spring, summer, and fall with a 4 nightminimum.. Our housekeeper cleans and prepares the cottage for your visit between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Summary: There's a reason we've stayed multiple times here over the last year. The place is absolutely perfect and peaceful with its own private dock. I'm so glad we found this gem, it's truly amazing. One of my favorite things about the place is the huge and unique windows in the kitchen area. I love looking out those and watching the wildlife and scenery.

Summary: The Lakeside Boating Cottage is wonderful! The marina is just down the road and has a wonderful selection of rental craft and the staff are very helpful. There is a short walk through a cleared wide path from the house to the lake and in the evenings the deer and turkeys, and occasional groundhog, come out to enjoy their grassy dinner. Everything was perfect and the house is well kept and spotless! There is great perch fishing from the dock at the Wilson Road entrance to Pymatuning State Park. And, Mary Ellen was attentive and responded rapidly to questions and comments! We had a wonderful and relaxing time and are looking forward to returning next year!!

Summary: The House and property was much better than we anticipated ! The only issues we had were that there was no firewood or propane for the grill when we arrived so we had to go in search for both and spend additional money right off the bat but it was a small price to pay for the perfection of everything else! I will and have recommended to others!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay. The place was very clean and short walk down the path to the water . We loved the fire pit and the nice side porch. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Summary: This is our third year with this property manage, second in this house and we’ve booked our 2025 stay already. This is perfection for a family with younger children. Private little beach at the end of the property and the area has some great bbq and a brewery close by.

Summary: very nice, loved the trends in decor and amenities. the over head vent fan for range was not working could be a fuse in panel box, we co8uldnot check. The garbage outside was over flowing and did not get picked up , we took ourt garbage home with us.. couple light bulbs out, noothing major,, great place .. nice and quiet.... great widllife.....
