Positive: House was spotless and kitchen was very well stocked. Every bedroom had it´s own ensuite. House was comfortable and warm. Kitchen table was perfect for our group as it was big enough to host everyone for breakfast & dinner. Check in was very easy, the extra bits left in kitchen for guests was a nice touch.
Negative: Bathroom tiles in both ensuites downstairs were very dangerous, very slippy. There were not enough tea towels for the amount of people we had. Oven seemed very slow to heat up.
Summary: Amazing place to stay in Valentia, all guests were happy with the house and would highly recommend.

Positive: The house exceeded our expectations. Spotless, well appointed, all needs considered. It’s a great house for people with mobility needs with open floor plan and wet room showers. Very comfortable living room with lazy boys for everyone. Great location when driving. Short walk to a beautiful swim spot. The host Aileen was very responsive and communication was easy. I highly recommend this house for anyone staying in this area. I’ll be back.

Positive: The house and facilities were amazing, every small detail thought of. Lovely, comfortable beds and bedding, really nice extras like a coffee machine, bbq and a gift on arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we would love to return. Valentia Island is stunning, as is this property. Host replied promptly and courteously to any questions 😊
