3 Bedroom House in Carrying Place

This cute cottage is on the water. A big deck to watch the boats come and go from the marina located next door. The 3 bedroom cottage has 2 living rooms, an eat in kitchen with a 3 bedrooms, an ensuite 3 piece bathroom off the master bedroom and a 3 piece main bathroom. It is a great place for a retreat where you want to sit back and watch the lake and boats all day.
This cottage is a perfect place for couples wanting to explore the county and come back and enjoy !
The waterfront is not swimmable due to the depth and grasses but as mentioned is great to sit and enjoy the water and boats going by.
The cottage is next to a trailer park but it is very quiet but our guests are not permitted on the trailer park property at all.

Summary: The bed in the room at the end to the right makes a lot of noise when you turn over. Mike and Sue ended up sleeping on the sofas.

Summary: We spent a very nice weekend at Sarah’s cottage. A very clean and comfortable cottage with a fantastic view. Very well equipped and spacious. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Summary: Had everything we needed to relax and get away. It was clean and spacious. Was perfect for us as we spent most of our time discovering Prince Edward County, then came back to have a backyard fire and sleep. Would stay there again.

Summary: The cottage is defiantly has all you need for a good vacation. The kitchen is equipped, all is clean. The view from the deck is very beautiful. Was a bit confusing to find it but we did it. The mattress was not very comftble for us in the main bedroom and the other couple complained about the mattress also. The umbrella on the deck is not functional and you defiantly need the shade. So my recommendation is to have a new one or bring yours. We had good fishing from Twelve O’clock Point and a nice dinner at The Whistling Duck. We will love to come for a longer stay but concerned about the mattress. Thank You for having us

Summary: The owners were good at communicating and the property is in a nice quiet location. It was close enough to the grocery store and the many wineries. Lots of utensils to use and generous with using them. We enjoyed our stay.
