Positive: Loved the house, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet location, has been very considerately equipped for people travelling to self catering accommodation, highly informative manuals written by the owners, communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful house!
Negative: The bedrooms are upstairs and got very, very hot with no air con. This did not affect our stay at all but could get uncomfortable for younger children or babies.
Summary: Will be back!

Positive: A characterful house, very well equipped, very clean and in the centre of a lovely village. The main south facing terrace gets sun all day and the view from there is beautiful. The hosts were super helpful and the locals, both French and Anglophones, were warm and friendly. There are two good restaurants and the recent addition of a bar/ tapas is a bonus. This is a good base to explore the region.
Negative: No major grumbles about the property but we wished the bars and restaurants were open more frequently, and we found the rubbish disposal system a little inconvenient. All in all a lovely holiday.
Summary: Very good property with excellent attentive hosts.

Positive: Inside the home was beautiful. Gorgeous view to the lake! Clean Inside the home.
Negative: Well outside the home was not kept up. Although it's winter, the yard made me feel I was at the wrong home when arriving. Tree from the neighbors yard fell over into the yard. Leaves should have been blown off the roof and in the yard. Neighbors tampered with the chairs on the property 2 nights in a row which made me feel they may not liked our company. The home next door that was flying the Trump flag was not friendly and their hound fog barked a lot. Sheets on the bed should be replaced. I had to call customer service for toilet not working and power out 2xs.
Summary: Okay stay! Not sure if it was just a bad luck weekend staying here but we made it work. Ended okay!

Positive: Super easy to get in and setup. Very nice and lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies.
Negative: Wish there has been cleaning supplies- ie trash bags, dishwasher detergent, basic spices, oil, etc. house was also somewhat dusty
