Positive: Hotel is located just off Istiklal St and walking distance to Sishane Metro station. Close to public transport, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Filtered water machine in lobby. Great breakfast with everything made on site. Staff are friendly, informative and accommodating. Definitely a place to stay when in Istanbul.

Positive: Location is very central, stuff is amazing and very helpful, hotel has ecology-friendly attitude, which is very nice.
Negative: We stayed in two different rooms during our stay, and the one with the terrace was perfect. The economy one is less convenient, as there is almost no daylight entering the room because the window faces the ventilation pit. Also, in the smaller room the bathroom smells stagnant water.

Positive: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower.
Negative: There was not a lot of room at the sides of the bed.
Summary: Staying at No 11 gave us the chance to feel like a local with easy walking to see the sights.

Positive: Location was excellent, very close to Istikal which is the main shopping street. Little balcony with sitting area was nice.
Negative: Coffee was not hot, hotel wanted to charge extra for Americano (which was what I really expect of a cup of coffee). Front rooms of hotel noisy especially if your room is right above the street. Not every room had a safe (that was opened). Not enough charging sockets that worked. The staff were very new and didn't know much about the rooms and how they operate (light switches, etc).
Summary: Best thing about the hotel is the location
