Positive: This hotel is stunning from the moment you pull up. I was impressed with how quickly the team greeted me and walked me over to the counter. Where check-in was a breeze, and my host was able to get me a dinner reservation at the resturant. The hotel room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had a beautiful view. The rainfall shower got hot and had great pressure. Overall, a very great stay.

Negative: I can't say there was anything about this hotel I disliked. It is Nobu, so be prepared for the price when it comes to the food. However, I promise it's worth it. Also, if you are using uber, please plan in advance.

Positive: I loved the upscale vibe, the room and bathroom layout, and the comfortable bed. The staff and breakfast were also phenomenal.

Negative: The in-room fridge was leaking or had some sticky residue, and one of the hand towels wasn’t clean. However, the staff was amazing and resolved both issues promptly.

Negative: They don’t actually have spa on site. You have to book it separately for additional charge and go to another building. Considering that was one of the reasons we booked the room, that was unfortunate. I think that listing spa in the list of facilities is misleading if you don’t actually have it.
