Positive: We had a perfect stay at Noir Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Gjakova, with a beautiful city view. The room was modern, spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning kept the temperature perfect throughout our stay, and the room was quiet and well soundproofed. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including toiletries, toothbrushes, shower caps, bathrobes, a hairdryer, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a large TV with streaming services. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras they left for us, such as electrolytes and a hangover morning shot — a small detail that made the experience feel very special. Having private parking and an elevator was also very convenient. Everything felt carefully planned for the comfort of the guests.

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Positive: Absolute recommendation! The Noir Hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean. The large, comfortable bed, the balcony with a beautiful view, and the high-quality amenities made our stay perfect. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service – the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcome. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was მშვიდ, stylish, and very pleasant. The value for money is also excellent. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a modern bathroom, and everything else you could need were provided. We would gladly return at any time and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. A perfect stay from beginning to end!
