Positive: The house was well equipped for cooking and had plenty of space.
Negative: The garage was being used as storage and made parking difficult. The carpets were stained and many of the batteries in the remotes were not working.

Negative: The front door code did not work but the garage code did so we were ok to get in. There was a very unusual and spooky call to the house at around 1230 am. It came over the computer/alexa(?) screen in the master bedroom and it was someone looking for jarred or jarret and said they could see us sleeping. Found that rather disturbing! If there is an explanation for that it would be very helpful!

Positive: Everything! From the easy entry instructions to the wonderful scent that greets you when you arrive, this ownership/management group has thought of everything. We were impressed with the decor, cleanliness, comfort of the beds & bedding and how well stocked the kitchen was with every utensil and tool you could think of!
Negative: Really nothing! We did notice that the park passes were expired in our unit so I could mentioned that.

Positive: The rooms were very soundproof. For a stay with multiple family members this was important. The bathrooms were so spacious. Everything was so clean. Lots of amenities and extras in the kitchen. Great response from the property management when an issue came up.
Negative: The heat was a little hard to adjust for the multiple levels.
