This cozy home in Norfolk, Virginia is the place you need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest! With a perfect location (walking distance from the beach!), a POOL (8ft by 4ft DEEP) (Two Cameras present outdoors for security purposes only), and a HOME THEATRE, you’ll never run out of things to do!
This property has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, making it perfect for up to eight guests. All rooms have a ceiling fan. The main bedroom has a king bed, a desk for anyone that needs to get some work done, a 55-inch 4k mounted tv, and plenty of storage space for your belongings (walk-in closet). The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, mounted TV, and a large closet. Bedroom three has two twin beds, a mounted TV, and a desk. Bedroom four has a very comfortable day bed with an extra twin bed underneath and a desk. Each TV is equipped with a Firestick including DISNEY PLUS, STARZ, and NETFLIX subscriptions! There are also two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, toilets, a large sink, and a mirror. The half bath has everything but the walk-in shower.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for any meals you choose to have inside. Everything you need is there for you; fridge and freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, and complete dining sets. An island with barstools or a large dining table for all guests! Relax in the living room after a long day of exploring! There are two sofas and a nice view of the outdoor pool. If you feel like watching a movie, head to the home theater for a real treat! If you want to relax outside, there is a balcony with outdoor furniture and a grill for you to enjoy dinner or your morning coffee.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay for our family vacation. Home was spacious and pool was nice. Close walk to the bay, but a 30 minute drive to Virginia Beach. Home and proximity to attractions are exactly as homeowner lists. The few questions we had were quickly answered and addressed.

Summary: House was roomy. Pool was my favorite spot. Loved the screened in porch.....just wish the screened in porch was fixed, and did not have rips/holes. Surprised there were no pool floats. Overall, house was comfy enough for a vacay stay.

Summary: Great! Our boys, age 12 and 14 LOVED the pool, theatre room, surprise candy boxes and getting their own rooms. Couldn’t have been better!

Summary: Rooms as described, quiet property and neighborhood. Condition and initial impression was not so great upon arrival. Had to wait an hour for cleaners past check in time and they left a lot of garbage that became covered in maggots that had to sit in the heat until garbage day and they left hair in master bathroom. Not a reflection of the house more the cleaning service but it is a bad impression. They also had a toddler with them while cleaning and perhaps that distracted them. It also went to sanitary concerns with a small child reinfecting and touching cleaned surfaces. I recleaned and sanitized surfaces before I let my family in. Screen porch was a nice buffer between pool and house but screen ripped hanging off door made it bug friendly and unsightly. Toilet leaked mid stay but communication was good and repair was quick. Suggested improvements: true inventory of kitchen tools and dishes so a family knows what they need to bring especially for kids. Bedding basics too...bedding provided was minimal. No toaster and not enough chairs for the table with a family was a miss for us. Overall communication was good, theater room was a plus and kids had a good stay. Lots of potential. Location ideal.

Summary: The best part tod the property was the pool. The house was clean but we had couple of problems while staying there. One evening the smoke detector in garage started ringing for no reason. The main door got stuck land we were not able to open it again so had to use garage. But the owner was very responsive in helping us. There were also some basic appliances missing like toaster. It would have been nice if it was available or mentioned in the listing. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool!

Summary: This was a bday surprise for my sister and it was a great one! The name of the property says it all. We had such a great time and the host was amazing and responded to every question I had right away. We enjoyed all the amenities the home offered….it was GREAT! It was also our first time visiting Norfolk/Va beach so this made it all worth it.
