Positive: The room was spacious and clean. Many options of lighting The bed was comfortable enough to a get a good night's rest. The cleanliness was great. The view was pretty cool to see the ships from the window but a little obstructed.
Negative: Parking wasn't included, that was my fault for not checking prior. There are two options for parking garages. We used the Waterside St garage and had to pay daily rates. It was a little confusing getting to and from the garage to the correct floor. The garage elevator didnt work. Not the hotel's responsibility.

Positive: The breakfast that was purchased when I booked the room.
Negative: My bed was lumpy, parking service was bad after I paid for a valet parking, it took to long to retrieve my car. I called to try and get an early check in and the lady said my booking number and my name was listed for a reservation. I had to call booking com and they were able to get them to pull up reservation and get them to allow my early check in. Go figure.
