This beautiful, unique, spacious estate is the perfect Texas retreat for large families, groups of friends or corporate rentals. Just 4 minutes from shopping, restaurants and the Cedar Park medical center and 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The large patio is fully furnished with tons of seating and opens out to an expansive stone patio surrounding the swimming pool with hot tub and outdoor cooking area. 5 bedrooms, 4.4 bathrooms, stunning natural light and unique details throughout the home.
The space
6,000 square feet of living space including a formal dining room, billiard room and a giant game room upstairs set on a full acre in a quiet and private neighborhood. Large, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, lots of closet space and unique details including secret spaces and passageways between them make this a magical experience for kids. Beautiful grounds and activities including ping pong, cornhole, croquet and frisbee golf. Paintball or airsoft games can be arranged for $500, led by a former Navy Seal. Accommodating hosts are next door and available for anything you need. Early check in may be available on request for an additional fee.

Summary: We had family ThanksMas here this year. Group consisted of adults, teens, tweens, and little ones. House was fantastic. Everyone loved the chicken coop and the large yard (plus open field next door) to run and play in. Pool was great but didn't get used much because of weather. Kitchen was fully stocked, great appliances, and laid out perfectly. Good layout for bedrooms and everyone also enjoyed the game room. Great communications with the hosts. Absolutely recommend this place if you need space and quite but still want to be close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

Summary: This is our 2nd year at the Woodland House and we absolutely love it there! Our hosts are so awesome and so responsive to any questions we had. We love this house for so many reasons: the space, the amenities like the games in the game room and pool table, the pool, the closed in porch…but most of all it’s been a place that my family has been able to make some sweet memories. That is so invaluable. Highly recommend this beautiful home with fabulous hosts! We look forward to next year as we want to make this an annual trip.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the property. The property itself is large and spacious and very clean and very, very well kept. The hosts have thought of all the details and were attentive and went out of their way to make themselves available. We do a reunion every year and this property was the best experience. Summary: We had a wonderful “long weekend” at the Woodland House. We noticed immediately that the house was close to everything (grocery stores etc) and a nice quick drive to Austin/Georgetown, but yet had that wonderful country feel. The yard - amazing. The hosts - amazing. The house - AMAZING! We cooked several meals for a few family gatherings and we had everything we needed in the kitchen - all we had to do was bring the groceries! The game room (with all the incredible options) plus the many outdoor activities kept the kids (& the adults) entertained. The space for people to gather and visit inside, on the covered patio, and by the pool was perfect. Honestly, I could not say one bad thing about this place. Our check-out day came sooner than we wanted! (Even our beds were comfortable and we slept better than ever - it’s that nice country air/peaceful setting!) Because we visited during the summer we didn’t get to use the multiple fireplaces or the firepit but we imagined how cozy that would be in the winter. We also didn’t use the provided smoker or bbq pit. Everyone admired them and we wish we had planned to use them because they were so nice. And - last but not least - the owners lived right next door and made themselves available if we needed them. We didn’t have to call on them but it was so nice knowing if we had a question or needed anything they were there to help! We would rent this lovely home again for a family gathering in a heartbeat! It was truly amazing.
