* Bunk room – The large bunk room features two, twin over full beds sleeping 6 comfortably and includes smart TV and private closet. It is located near the full bathroom with tub/shower convenient for kid's bath time.
* Laundry room - Full laundry room with side by side HE washer/dryer, sink, folding countertop, storage cabinets, and hanging space.
* All rooms on this level can access the front porch overlooking the pool area.

The 3rd level includes open concept living room, dining room, kitchen with walk in pantry as well as a large bedroom and full bath. Breath taking views of gulf from the 16-foot glass sliders and covered porch.

* Large living room features 65" smart TV, oversized sectional with pull out queen bed.
* Dining room features both a dining bench and chairs accommodating more guests comfortably.
*Kitchen is well appointed with Thor appliances including oversized 36" electric range, microwave drawer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and beverage fridge. There is ample storage including walk-in pantry and kitchen island seating 4.
