9 Bedroom House in North Conway

Welcome to the K-Lodge. This 9 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is perfectly located in North Conway. Located on Kearsarge Rd (a well known roadway) and less than a mile from Cranmore Mountain, North Conway center, and only 7 minute drive to Outlet shopping, Echo Lake, Saco River, Storyland, and 25 mins to Wildcat! The K-Lodge offers a memorable experience for families interested in vacationing together. I rent exclusively to families and mature adult groups (16 adult occupancy limit).
The K-Lodge is a large charming vacation home nestled into a quiet neighborhood. There is a noise ordinance and parking limitations (8 car max) that are monitored by exterior security cameras and noise aware system.
Historically, the K-Lodge was once a ski lodge with a small downhill slope and towrope for local skiers. Later it was then transformed into an Inn for the Snowtrain travelers whom traveled north to visit the beauty and excitement that North Conway offered. This home has since been refreshed into a one of a kind vacation rental, called the K-Lodge for being on Kearsarge road. The K-Lodge still continues to show signs of its historical charm from the days of being an Inn with; spacious common areas and bedrooms, in- room sinks, and many antique features. This 9 bedroom vacation lodge is perfect place to stay for the entire family; grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. The K-Lodge currently features: 3 levels of living space, spacious driveway, deck, screen porch, and secluded side yard. First floor- 2 bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining and attached Living room with Wood Stove, Pool Table Room, 1.5 Bathrooms, and Laundry space.
Second floor- 6 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms.
Lower level- Pub style(with kegerator for rent, which can be added on to your rental up to 30 days before your rental, please inquire abt this refrigeration rental), large Living space with gas fireplace, 9th bedroom and 1 Bathroom
Outside- Driveway (fits 8 cars, Front Screen Porch, Side Deck with Hot Tub and Built-in Grill, and Side Yard with fire pit (bring your own wood and cozy up around a fire).
We respect the beauty of our town of North Conway and quiet enjoyment of all our neighbors. Which is why we like to remind all interested groups of the following. Fireworks are illegal in North Conway as well as very disruptive to the neighborhood. A noise policy is instituted during all stays, which you will find in the lease. Any serious violations will result in immediate eviction and loss/charge of $500 security deposit. These disruptive behaviors are not tolerated and will impact our ability continue to rent our home.

Summary: Each winter my family does a Winter Weekend in North Conway. There where approximately 20 of us this year and the K-Lodge was a perfect fit for our large group. With 9 bedrooms and 4.5 baths everyone was comfortable. I was told by the property manager that the kitchen had recently been remodeled. They did a great job and the double oven and oversized range allowed us to put together some great meals for our crew. The house was clean, well appointed and ready to go. The kids loved the pool table room and some of them relaxed at the end of the day in the hot tub. It is a 5 minute drive to Cranmore and the outlet stores are a short ride, as well. Everyone had a great time and I'm already getting requests from my family for a repeat stay at K-Lodge next year! You won't be disappointed!

Summary: Wonderful home, everything was as described. Great location, our group of kids and parents all enjoyed it and had space to themselves, plus being in the center of so many local attractions meant we were never bored! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had an overall good stay at KLodge. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the backyard provided a nice area for the kids to run around. However, there were a few downsides. On a hot and humid weekend with temperatures in the 90s, two of the bedrooms didn't have air conditioning. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and it made those rooms uncomfortable, especially for the kids. It’s something we would have liked to know in advance. Additionally, the presence of outdoor cameras made some of us uncomfortable, especially with children playing in the yard. It wasn’t clear whether they were recording, so more transparency on their use would have been helpful. We also found that the cleaning expectations upon checkout were quite demanding, especially when trying to get a large group out the door by 11 a.m. with the threat of fees. It was a bit stressful to manage that on top of everything else. Lastly, paying extra fees for towels and sheets was unexpected and unusual, as this is typically included in most rentals we've stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with more clarity on these points and fewer extra fees, it could have been a much smoother experience.

Summary: This home has the most well equipped and spacious kitchen. Everything we needed ! There are so many different gathering areas which our teens appreciated. Clean and updated overall. We were 22 ages 2 to 72. The entry stairs were uneven and a bit much for the older family members. We just took our time. Location could not be better, close to stores and attractions. Great communication with landlord and quick response when we had a minor problem. Overall we loved it, has a great time! Thank you!

Summary: The house had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped for our big family dinners. We enjoyed the K lodge’s many amenities and awesome location. The property owners were very helpful and responsive.

Summary: 12 of us stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate a 60th birthday. The house is absolutely enormous and we did not even touch the basement or the pool table room. We spent most our time in the kitchen which is large enough to accommodate Multiple people cooking and prepping at the same time. The hot tub was wonderful after skiing. We would definitely rent this property again. everyone loved it
