CHECK-IN:
The check-in will be contactless and keyless. Before you arrive, we will send you the coded to the door lock.
PARKING:
Please feel free to utilize the entire driveway for your vehicles throughout the length of your stay. Note that we are not responsible for personal items left in your car.
OUTSIDE GUESTS:
if you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach out to us if your stay has already begun. We can typically accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing and no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people who do not have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won't apply. There cannot be extra guests at the property except those on the reservation. NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC OR EVENTS.
CHECK-OUT:
Our check out time is 10:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (its okay to place remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Dont forget to do a final walk-thru of the house to make sure you haven't left behind any personal items.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:
Please note we are not responsible for any items left behind. We will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check-out but we do no guarantee if they can be found.
PETS:
We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pet(s) may cause. The maximum number of pets we allow is two.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TV's/media equipment, or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE OUR TEAM WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. We will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

Summary: It's probably much better here in summer.I want a Jacuzzi in the fall, but it didn't work.And they shared a chicken coop and fresh eggs.We didn't find it.

Summary: We all enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is neat and clean with high ceilings and very comfortable beds. We only stayed one night but we will surely come back. Unfortunately, the weather was not very cooperative, so we were not able to use the pool or the outside area. The grounds are very well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Myself and a group of 7 other girls stayed for the weekend as a summer getaway and we had a great time at the house! Everything was immaculately clean and the house was beautifully put together. We enjoyed spending time by the gorgeous pool and also going in the hot tub! House is close to town and other attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back!

Summary: The water pump broke the week before my scheduled stay at this property. The owner found me and my group of friends an alternate house that was just as good or better than our original accommodations. I’d book with him again.

Summary: Frank Costanza would have found serenity on this gorgeous property! I traveled here with my husband, kids & MIL last weekend and this was exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful home complete with ALL the amenities (a working Mom’s dream by the way) where we were all able to just enjoy one another’s company while making lasting memories. Fabian & David are unbelievably awesome and a pleasure to work with! They were so quick to respond to any of our inquiries and have created an environment that truly has everything! The outdoor space was sheer enchantment; while my husband and kids enjoyed the beautiful pool & hot-tub, my MIL & I sat on the porch listening to Elvis & Sinatra, drinking our white wine and enjoying the lush gardens all around us. Just a magical time for all who come here! Thanks again for everything, we will definitely be back!

Summary: Stayed here for a nice summer weekend with our kids and parents. Amazing location close to farms and wineries - and perfectly equipped with amenities like clean outdoor pool and bbq for a family vacation. Definitely will stay again!

Summary: We had a great time and Fabian was excellent in his communication. The house is very clean, the kitchen decked out (even fresh eggs in the fridge and honey!), the bathrooms very modern and nice. The property is kept up very well. One should know that you need to pay extra fro swimming pool heating but that's obviously optional and was communicated clearly once we inquired. The property does sit on a main road and you do hear the cars but the landscaping is done so well that once there you don't sense you are near a big road. The only quibble we had was the outside furniture and cushions were pretty dirty/wet but it certainly didn't detract from a really nice get away. Would certainly recommend the house & property to others. Also, nearby a market with lots of fresh veggies/fruit/pastries.
