Summary: This property was small in some areas, but had everything we required for our two week stay. The bedroom had a double bed and adequate drawer and closet space. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was good sized. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee bar was wonderful. Nice size lanai. There are two TV sets one in the lanai and one in the bedroom. There is also free WIFI which was plenty strong for our tablets and phones. Our contact person on site was great and helpful. The people in the park were very friendly and welcoming. There is a very nice pickleball court and pool on site. Nice options for laundry in the park and the machines take credit cards. The park is quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. The location is a bit out of town but it is on a main road that takes you directly to Ft. Myers. There is a Dollar General within walking distance and a Publix (grocery store) 2 miles down the road. We have already booked a return stay for next year.

Summary: Adorable vintage property. Plenty of ac units to maintain comfortable temperature inside. I was worried. Needed heat at night and the cottage was equiped with both a portable space heater as well as a wall mount heater. The two together had me warm and toasty. I especially loved the coffee bar complete with everything i could possibly want coffee, tea, cider, and hot chocolate both regular and sugar free. Im also super picky about my bed. This bed with its amazingly soft bedding and comfortable mattress contributed to my amazing sleep for the entire week. The only downside was the loud diesel trucks passing by. I would certainly rent this adorable cottage again.

Summary: This was the second time staying in this park. The unit has everything we need and was clean. We enjoyed the pool as well. We will stay again.

Summary: Great location and wonderful property owners. They were very responsive to any communications and very friendly. We had a great time. Our only complaint would be that the pool was closed our entire stay until the last 2 days but not the owner's fault.

Summary: Our stay was great. The owner answered questions quickly. Place was very clean and accommodating. Neighbors on bicycles always friendly even got two cinnamon crunch pudding shots from one lady. Easter celebrating was happening in the park. Looked like a good time was had by all.
