This stunning house, one of only three houses at ground level with direct access to the beach, is extremely comfortable with everything that you will need for your South Coast getaway including four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and a huge front lawn. It even boasts a lovely open log fireplace for wintery evenings. A perfect beach house for two families or four couple.
The house retains a rustic and original feel whilst cleverly harnessing modern elements of architecture such as large north facing windows that make the best of the natural light. It is very secluded and private and nestles beautifully into the pristine surroundings that Rosedale is renowned for.

Summary: The Rosedale Beach house is magnificently located between north and south Rosedale. The house is large with plenty of light. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is well set up for shared meals and fun. The bedrooms provide privacy and the large deck/verandah looks to the water and the creek. The place is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. You can’t go wrong.

Summary: I loved everything about our stay- the spacious and sociable lay-out of the house, the walk along the inlet to the beach, the beach, the garden, the changeable weather (we even lit the fire one night)- the perfect holiday house.

Summary: We loved everything about this place. The location could not have been better, the house was fabulous. It had everything you would need for two families. We had a great time. The only negative is that it would have been handy to have a microwave and a gas barbeque.

Summary: This is a very relaxing house in a prefect location. It is very good for children with a large lawn area, lovely trees surrounding it, a short stroll on a private path to the beach and the sound of the ocean as you relax on the verandah. There is no TV to distract holiday makers from escaping the world.

Summary: So grateful for such a beautiful, peaceful, light-filled (I think I counted 73 panels of glass) and bushy place. I swam every day, rode the boogie board, kayaked, snorkelled, beach walked, bush walked and read books and revelled in the privacy and quiet and adored the open fire. I haven't felt so completely relaxed for a long, long time.

Summary: Hi Annie, Your house was perfect for two families. We loved the fact that there was no TV, it really calmed the kids down and the toys were wonderful. Given the premium price, we felt the kitchen needed a few more inclusions including some bake ware, a full compliment of crockery and some melamine for the kids (we scratched around a bit from meal to meal to find enough bowls and plates). Deepest apologies for the breakages.
