Sunrises or sunsets are equally amazing from the upper deck or lower patio. This fully furnished home has large spaces for a larger family gathering or that perfect girl’s weekend. The open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining room table, and large island are perfect for family meals. The main floor has the master bedroom with a double shower and a king bed. Upstairs has one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom, also has large open space for extra sleeping. Downstairs has a nice bar area and game area with a big screen TV to watch that big game. Two bedrooms down with queen beds and a large full bathroom. Walk-out patio, outdoor fire pit. The upper deck also has a gas fire pit.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. Everything was set up beautifully and we appreciated all the amenities you had to offer. The only areas of improvement would be upstairs storage hangers in the closets or dressers in the bedrooms, as there was no space to put our clothes. Also walking down to the beach was somewhat treacherous at the top of the hill. Looks like you are starting to put in possible steps? That would help walking down to the fire pit and the beach. Overall beautiful lake, beautiful weather, and wonderful time. Thank you.

Summary: We are mostly 60+years and have gotten together annually for 35+ years to catch up. The space provided options for full group visiting or the men could hang somewhere separate. We enjoyed the dart board. The upstairs bathroom could use a table or surface to put your toiletries near the sink. We will consider a return stay.

Summary: Our group was three couples up for a fishing weekend. Had decent success on beautiful lake Cormorant, and because it was quite cool we opted to not do a campfire but enjoyed wii games instead. Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be booking again!

Summary: Group of friends come to the area every year to fish. Great fishing at the lake. Close to multiple lakes. House was immaculate. Great areas to watch the ball game. Kitchen is huge and made meal prep easy. Big table to eat at and play cards. Lots of parking and easy in and out with the circular drive We highly recommend to others

Summary: Thought we would make you aware of a few things going on in your rental home 17197 County Hwy 6 during our stay: Water system is out of salt. Water became more yellow and more odorous each day of our stay. Last day we were using bottled water to brush our teeth. Had to reset several breakers upon arrival several times a day laundry and powder room had to be reset kept tripping. Fireplace does not work...that was very disappointing😔 Master Bathroom toilet runs intermittently 24/7 House does not maintain warm temperature. We were cold. Other than that nice house. Would we stay again? Maybe if above things were addressed. Thank you!

Summary: We were in town for some customer training I needed a place in close proximity to Lake cormorant and Leaf Lake. The house is phenomenal and the location was perfect. As long as the event is it in the same place next year we hope to book the same house again.
