Summary: The home was simple (all we needed) with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were a little on the soft side but we all (5 adults) slept well. The only small downfall was short on bath towels and the ice maker did not dispense ice. Owner was quick to respond and would have sent out maintenance but it wasn’t an inconvenience to us for an immediate fix. Perfect location for us and would stay here again.

Summary: Roy, the owner, was so helpful with questions and we had all we needed for our 8mo granddaughter to make our stay comfortable. It was nice having the extra space for our family and also plenty of bedding, towels and close to pool/hot tub and pickle ball. The neighborhood was very safe and easy to do walks/jogs.

Summary: Very well equipped with good pots and pans Lots of extras basically everything you would need, Quiet street, Close to Catalina State Park and other attractions. Very nice, Clean place Great communication. Heated pool nearby. Everything on listing was there as shown.Just for information a full size Ford F150 will not fit in garage but does on the driveway Access to place things in the garage was a big bonus for us. Nice garage.

Summary: Nice place, plenty of space, comfortable furniture. We didn’t have any issues and Management was very responsive to questions. Nice pool and pickle ball courts. Slightly farther from UofA than we would have liked, but that was poor olanning on my part.
