The Space:
If you are looking for a cozy and relaxing home with fully updated amenities, look no further! This house has everything you need: a washer & dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, an updated bathroom, and a comfy king bed!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
We are minutes from downtown and have easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and shops! Redstone Arsenal is less than 15 minutes away.
Getting Around:
The house is walkable to local restaurants, but there isn't great public transportation, so if you need to get out of the neighborhood, plan to drive or taxi!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Summary: This charmer met every expectation. A quiet neighborhood and plenty of yard for our dogs. Freeway access friendly too. Nicely appointed inside and clean and comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Summary: location ubering distance from downtown but otherwise nothing around it. We needed a last min place to stay that was pet friendly and this is what we got. It’s nothing to write home about but will do what you need it to- to stay safely in Huntsville with your pets. We did have an issue with check in- the code didn’t work—twice. Fortunately they were responsive and had a spare key that we could get into on the property. Would stay again if I’m in a bind but would prefer something more in town and more homey if possible.

Summary: This is a cute, small house in an older neighborhood. Very close to all kinds of restaurants and things to do. The outside property is a bit of a mess. Large trees that have dropped nuts all over the porch making it look a little shady. Kitchen is nice. The livingroom is small, but big enough for 2 people. The biggest issue is the couch is not comfortable. The cushions sink down into the couch and then your legs are across the hard wooden areas of the couch. The pull-out couch bed is absolutely horrible. Thankfully my teen son was ok with sleeping in the king bed with me or I don’t know what we would have done. The main bedroom has a king bed, but the mattress is like down in the bed frame and you’re actually sleeping on 2 foam pads. It was comfortable enough. The bathroom has been remodeled and is cute but it could use a shower shelf caddy. For the price, it was okay.

Summary: Great location close to downtown. Enjoyed our stay. We were moving my sister and the house provided a home while we were moving her, restaurants and everything else were convienent. I didn't want to rush and an extra day was granted hassel free.

Summary: My family stayed here for the weekend while traveling from Kentucky and Texas to attend family day to pick out a Boykin Spaniel puppy in nearby Scottsboro. The house is cute, clean and in a great neighborhood. The owners accommodated all requests and were prompt with their responses. There were also great places to eat nearby. Although there was not a lot of time for sightseeing, we encountered some interesting places to visit in Huntsville. We are so happy to have run across this little gem!
