Summary: Igluhus was very welcoming and cozy! Lola was an excellent host and provided a delicious breakfast. Snowy so no Northern Lights, but still very worth the stay!

Summary: This was a great little spot for a night that gave a unique experience. We saw the northern lights from our bed and enjoyed a fresh baked quiche delivered to us in the morning. It was perfect!

Summary: I stayed here for a night on a month-long trip around Iceland. The host was lovely and brought me a healthy breakfast and also made a delicious quiche for when I arrived (the quiche cost extra, but was worth it in my opinion). This glamping experience was very comfortable and cool. The area on the property is very pretty. Because there’s no shower, I probably would not have been able to stay more than one night, but if there was a shower, I would have probably stayed 2 nights. No northern lights on the night I was there, but it did not matter to me. The toilet in the outhouse has a compost toilet and the hut I stayed in was very cozy and comfortable.

Summary: The house was gorgeous, the view overlooking the lake and the mountain ranges was spectacular, and the owner was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend the house any higher! Thank you!!
