Positive: Has made some surface level upgrades (carpet, paint, linens, lobby remodel).
Negative: The hotel shows its age and is in need of deep cleaning and repair for water damaged drywall, rotted windows, moldy sinks. Could be much better with these basic repairs.

Positive: The location was not far from the hospital, there were restaurants nearby.
Negative: Rooms need to be updated. The lighting near the bedside could have been better. The shower curtain needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was ok. One day they didn’t keep the coffee pots filled.
Summary: I did like the fact that the rooms come with a small refrigerator and microwave.

Negative: Fire alarm went off around 2am and went on and off for the next 5 hours. The large trucks were parked near my window and they started them up around 5am and let them run for an hour. Not a good nights stay.

Positive: Coffee in the morning was hot and strong which I love. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Parking with our large truck and gooseneck was no issue. The food at the restaurant/bar was awesome! Room was basic, clean and roomy.
Negative: Nothing
Summary: Awesome. We plan on staying here when we come see family in the future.

Negative: Sliding pocket door to toilet/ shower -very hard to move. Need some kind of of handle to get better grip.
