Positive: I loved that the property was private, although there are neighbors nearby, you can’t see them at all from the property. I also loved seeing deer grazing each morning!
Negative: We did need to leave the windows open at night as it was extremely hot and there was no way to adjust the AC. We used the floor fan to assist in keeping it cool. I would’ve also liked additional amenities outside such as a hot tub or a table

Positive: The amount of space we had as well as a retreat feel away from town. And how clean the place was when we got there it’s very well taken care of.
Negative: That there was not AC.

Positive: Great space for a family of four adults who appreciate having space to spread out. Great home base to enjoy Glacier National Park, Whitefish, and very close to airport. The house has everything you could need to feel like you are home..
Negative: There was a bit of a heatwave when we visited which seems a bit unusual for this area. As a result, the house was quite warm during the day since there is no AC. Luckily, we weren’t in the house most afternoons and at night, the outside air gets cool and open windows cool the house quite fast. The WI-Fi is ok not great, so if you are planning to stay here and work remotely versus just having a home base to enjoy Glacier National Park or the area for vacation, would probably not recommend. Luckily we were on vacation so it wasn’t a concern! Unfortunately one of the water heaters broke before we arrived and the host could not get a plumber to fix it until after we left. The hosts made a concerted effort to contact us multiple methods to let us know the situation and gave us the option of refunding the whole amount which would allow us to stay somewhere else or credit us some money each day for only having cold water. We appreciated the honesty and offer, but really had no other choice than to go thru with the reservation since it was high season and everything else was booked. We totally understand things happen, we learned to take super fast showers, and we feel the hosts did the best they could to remedy the situation and compensate us for the inconvenience.
Summary: Great place to make a family vacation to GNP a memorable one!

Positive: It's a very lovely home located in the woods. Great deck. Very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice bedrooms. Would be great for a family with kids.
Negative: Our only complaint was that it could have been cleaned better. Dirty pizza pan in the oven. Floor needing sweeping. Soot by the fireplace. Grill was dirty. Wet towels left in the wash machine...not sure how long they had been there.
