Summary: Broght my wife and elderly father to go ice fishing with his friends in theOnly issue is the railing from the garage to the entrance is a bit rickety and unstable for a senior citizen to be comfortable going up and down. area.

Summary: Plenty of room for two families who came up to ride ATVs/UTVs. Between the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms to the great yard to run around in, the place was perfect. Additionally, we were able to ride to the trails. Communication was simple, easy, and fast. Thanks!

Summary: We stayed here with a couple of dads and our boys for a rafting trip in the Athelstane area. It doesn't have a ton of space, but it was perfect for what we needed. We went out for most meals, but did cook breakfast and had everything we needed. Great to gather around the fire pit and someone even took a nap in the hammock. We had a great time and hope to be back some time!

Summary: The property location was perfect for our needs and provided a good value. I would suggest that the owners consider instituting better maintenance and cleaning practices (the outdoor seating areas were infested with Gypsy Moth Caterpillars) as well as improvements to exterior and interior furnishings, finishes and appliances. There is little to no cell phone internet coverage or WiFi which in this day and age is a must for most guests. Addressing these items would make for a much better experience / stay. Thank You.
