Positive: An unforgettable night on this historic boat in Tromsø. Lovingly restored with cozy cabins and authentic charm. I stayed in a snug fjord cabin, rocked to sleep by the water, and woke up to fresh coffee and bread. They even made an omelette on request! It’s not a fancy hotel, and that’s the point. It was clean, tidy and had tons of history, it’s perfect for anyone wanting something real and unique. Apparently they’re still sailing, with regular cruises. I’m already planning my next stay. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a genuine adventure!
Summary: It was exactly what I needed after doing a long and draining drive trough Troms/Finnmark. Loved it!

Positive: Quaint experience to have a night on a boat. Very relaxed atmosphere and a solid breakfast. They even had Earl Gray tea!
Negative: Our bunk room was quite stuffy and hot. I was sweating a lot during my sleep and wished for a bit more air flow. Maybe a cabin with a window would have solved that.
Summary: Short and sweet, a cool experience.

It was truly surprising to find this isn't just a place to stay, but an actual working boat that heads out on cruises and trips! We'd seen some mixed reviews, but for us, Davide made all the difference; his care was simply the best. Breakfast was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring good sleep. All the facilities felt well-maintained, and our cabin was notably clean and pleasant. What really made the experience, though, were Davide's captivating seafaring stories and the lively chats with the wonderfully unique owner. The room price truly includes an unforgettable adventure and a tangible connection to the real Arctic. If we're ever back in Tromsø, we'd definitely return here. What a special place.
