Positive: Their staff is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very spacious and clean room plus the bathroom is super nice with bathtub and japanese toilet. This hotel is underrated. Our stay is so worth it

Positive: location convenient to the reason for my travel, hotel is extremely clean, good privacy, very courteous staff, excellent price point, and very nice amenities provided (mini fridge, complimentary water bottles and small soft drinks, complimentary snacks in room, instant coffee/tead, hot water pot, even an instant noodle/ramen bowl, personal care toiletries, slippers)

Negative: nothing -- it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay
