Little Wing Farms is one of the most breathtaking and peaceful settings "up north." It is the perfect place to fit the extended family (grandma, sibs and kids) to relax in the Leelanau area. Setting on 120 acres is a five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath farmhouse with wrap around porch with loads of seating. The house is beautifully decorated with 100% new furniture (full remodel in 2019) in every room. It was only rented for three weeks in '20 and '21 and will only be available for four or five weeks in '22. The view is unmatched and there are plenty of wide open spaces for the kids to play and parents to hike. Or just sit on the porch and admire the vast number of birds flying through the fields and in and out the barns.

The property has WIFI and an amazing Sonos sound system both in the house and on the porch. There is a new TV with DirecTV in the living room. Also included is a cornhole game and Weber charcoal grill. Think morning coffee/wifi on the porch or in the kitchen sitting area, the day in Glen Arbor or Leland, then early evening cocktails, cornhole and BBQ all set to your favorite playlist.

The property is 7 minutes to Glen Arbor, 10 minutes to Leland and 2 minutes to a swim in beautiful Good Harbor Bay.

Summary: Our multigenerational family loved our stay Little Wing Farms- the wrap around porch with Sonos sound system and really comfy rockers, the charming decor, wood floors, open floor plan, accessibility to both Glen Arbor and Leland, two terrific nearby Lake Michigan beaches...it doesn't get any any better than that. Summary: One of our guests described this setting as 'epic', and it really fits. The house was clean and comfortable, the porch around the house really made the stay, we ate, played cards, and watched the sun set while sitting out on it. The setting is very private and quiet, the view across the fields into the woods was exactly what we wanted for our annual family vacation. Would absolutely recommend this listing, we had a wonderful time.

Summary: A beautiful home in a peaceful rural setting close to everything. From young people in their 20s to their parents, aunts, and uncles we all loved it. Hiked the dunes, visited stunning beaches, shopped in Glen Arbor: came home to relax in complete peace. The porch is so great it brings happiness in itself. Mike was a gracious host. Hope to return!

Summary: This home and the property that it sits on is BEAUTIFUL! Sitting on the wrap around porch with amazing views from all sides was a perfect way to start and end each day. The home is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Also, I must acknowledge the sound system, there was definite thought put into that. It played both inside and outside. We really enjoyed that. It is very clear that Mike and Gina take great pride in this home. We will absolutely visit again. Scale of 1-10, we give it a 20 !!!!

Summary: My husband and I just got married on this property last weekend. We could not have asked for anything better! It was a beautiful piece of property and was very clean. Mike and his wife were also very accommodating. There is a very short drive to Good Harbor beach and Leland was just about 15 minutes down the road...everything we needed within close proximity. Summary: Three families shared the Michigan experience at this property. The layout of the house was perfect and definitely clean. Our family with children had the downstair rooms, and those without children were upstairs. The kitchen and dining area were spacious to allow for all of our meal preparations and dining. We felt safe from issues of Covid as we were only surrounded by the beautiful fields and rustic buildings of this farm. The wrap around porch is definitely the best feature of this house. Morning coffee or lattes, afternoon relaxation and evening views of the sunset following a day filled with excursions took place on this porch. This property is removed from traditional crowded tourist areas, but near all of the treasures offered by Lake Michigan. Our families were from Ohio, Georgia, and Illinois. This lovely Michigan farm brought us together to share new adventures and lifelong memories.
