Summary: The facilities overall were nice and the landscaping was beautiful. The bathroom was odd in that I had to stand in a raised tub to take a shower and the shower head was at chest level (I am 6' tall). My biggest concern was the lack of communication from the hotel. I could not find an email address and was not able to understand staff when I called. The island is very interesting, but I wish I would have known that police expect bribes to leave the airport and to use the roads...

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at boutique hotel very much. It is quite a big resort with all the buildings, restaurant and other amenities made out of African wood. A lot of carvings and decorations in African style -makes you feel that you are in Madagascar. The food was delicious.The Lady - the owner and manager was extremely helpful and nice. We could learn a lot from her about Madagascar and Nosy Be, because she could speak very good English. It was much more difficult to communicate with the stuff if you did not know French. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very tastefully decorated-with big attention to details. We hope to come back here again!

Summary: Nobody speaks english (not even in the reception) we had to wait a while for the owner who speaks english to explain basics things like what time the breakfast is and where at, as well what's the wifi code is, where the spa is and how to book it/pricelist and etc. It was abit unorganaized. The owner was abit rude and not service minded at all. The pluss side is that the hotel is beautiful, room is amazing and big. Everything is clean.

Summary: The resort was very quiet and no kids to be seen for miles. Extremely relaxing and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Saw the owner multiple times during my stay and she was very nice and accommodating. The grounds could have been manicured a little better and the bathroom needs to be update a bit but overall experience was wonderful. I did 2 excursions through the hotel that were so much fun. (Lokobe reserve and snorkeling in Tanakelli (sp) island). The free breakfast was nothing to write home about but it worked. Don't forget your insect repellant and malaria preventive. The mosquitos are horrific! Would definitely go back to this resort.
