Summary: My girlfriend and I were very happy with our stay here. Valentine was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions or needed anything. The basement was extremely cozy, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our getaway. We were very happy with the accommodations and also very happy with the location. Pharmacies, restaurants, and convenience stores were all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: Nice and clean. Served our purpose of somewhere to sleep while we visited New York for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. We were in the basement room so there was a little bit of noise above us but no more than would be expected. A little store across the street for snacks. Nice big tv to relax and watch while we were winding down to go to sleep. Overall a good experience

Summary: The property was very accessible by bus and near Loya of restaurants walking distance. It was a quick commute between NJ and NYC by bus. The place was just a little bit dusty but everything else was great.

Summary: I have to say, the posting was right in on when it said “not your average basement”. Clean, modern and stylish. I sleep well, I worked in peace and I found some great Colombian food in waking distance. I also found great conversation with Valentine himself. I don’t know what’s the criteria for a “Super-Host” but Valentine definitely has my nomination. I’d be happy to return.
