Positive: It was very homey and comfortable. All appliances were up to date. The home had a lot of space and the fire place and fire pit were a plus.

Negative: Getting there was a little difficult. The gps took us up a hill and we got stuck. He had to find an alternate route to get there.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. We’re happy that the home owners opened their home up to us to enjoy their cozy home.

Negative: The stay was very enjoyable, but dealing with the Vacasa rental agency before arriving was an unpleasant ordeal. We kept getting conflicting emails and texts (at least one each day -probably over 20 emails and texts). We got confirmation of the reservation one day and then the next day we would get another message that the reservation was not complete, or that our payment was not received. Very frustrating and difficult to get someone to respond to our emails and texts. The owners should consider ditching Vacasa and going with Booking.com directly.

Summary: The house was delightful, but dealing with Vacasa made us think of canceling the reservation.
