The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a balcony overlooking the St. Joe River. The lower level has a bar area as well as two tv areas, full bath and 1 bedroom. The home is 4k sq. feet. In a newly developed community within walking distance to downtown, local restaurants, farmers market and close to Notre Dame.

Summary: We highly recommend staying at this home!. We were in South Bend for a graduation and were thrilled to have found this beautiful house just a short 10 min. drive to UND. The home has absolutely everything you need, is beautifully decorated and is very large and comfortable. (It even gave us decorating and renovation ideas for our own homes!) This house made our downtime feel like we were at our own home! The owners also gave us ideas for great local restaurants to try. We are so glad we picked this rental and would pick it again if we're in the area in the future.

Summary: Property was beautiful and the perfect location to enjoy south bend and a Notre Dame football game. Beautiful kitchen, and incredibly spacious home with multiple sitting and entertainment areas. House was immaculate upon arrival...We will definitely be back for an annual trip. Highly recommend this as the only property to book for ND games...You won't be disappointed. And the property manager is incredible and highly communicative.

Summary: We had a great experience, beginning with our initial inquiries on the property before we rented it all the way through to check out. Floor plan is conducive to larger groups. Kitchen well equipped for cooking in, and the gas grill made the decision to do so very easy. ~20 minute walk to ND campus. Extremely clean. If we ever return to South Bend, we will definitely try to stay here again. Excellent overall experience.

Summary: We had a terrific time with nine family members in this lovely five bedroom home, beautifully decorated and beds supper comfy. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the home is spectacular. Right by the river for nice run or walk
