Positive: My adult family and I enjoyed our stay at your property. With 14 of us, we truly appreciated having ample room and privacy. The arcade room was a particular hit with my older grandchildren! We were also pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful amenities you provided, especially finding cold water in the refrigerator upon our arrival. This property stands out as one of the best large group venues I've encountered, particularly given the price. The location is excellent, being close to the University and within a 15-minute drive of most places we wanted to visit in South Bend and Mishawaka. Additionally, the bathrooms and kitchens were very clean, and we were grateful for the generous supply of towels.
Negative: I have no complaints.
Summary: I would highly recommend this property for a larger group stay.

Positive: Conveniently located and very clean. There were even some toiletries and a bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge ready for us. Host was attentive when we arrived and needed help getting into the home. Our family was in town for a funeral and this home was so nice, it really helped make the weekend a lot better.
