Summary: We had an amazing stay, everyone was very kind, the room really big and well kept. The overall building fully serviced with two great pools and a wonderful kids area.

Summary: This place was horrendous and definitely not worth for the amount their charge. Initially I was given a room with a massive smoke smell, which you could smell from the hall. When asked to change it, they sent someone who said: ‘I can’t smell anything’ - ??? - then moved to another room where the door closet didn’t close properly and the internal lights were kept on, disturbing my sleep. Overall is a badly designed room, where the light system in general is confusing, super noisy with the bathroom fan and a shower that it doesn’t warms up properly. Also not to mention the ridiculous rules to use the pool. It’s not welcoming, it’s not comfortable and it costs a lot. Defeats the whole purpose of a holiday.

Summary: Loved the room- they upgraded me on arrival and the room was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Both pools weee lovely, the staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the food was good. A very nice hotel and I hope to come back and stay soon!
