Summary: The hotel was easy to locate, just a five minute walk from the airport. Easy check-in. Beds were comfortable, had a good sleep. Great staff and service.

Summary: Had a great room. Only issue was maintenance work going on in the room next door. Had been driving all morning and with a 7.00am flight next morning was hoping for an afternoon rest after checking in but all the hammering and hammer drilling until 5.00pm crushed that idea. Rang customer service to ask why we weren’t told about the work and was told we should have been advised. The staff member apologized and later another staff member sent up some drink vouchers for the restaurant that evening which was something nice to make up for the noise issue. The Food Exchange restaurant on the top floor was great with a top view of the runway to see aircraft, especially the Emirates A380, coming and going. The food was good and not too expensive. All in all a great place to stay overnight if flying out early and we would definitely stay there again with hopefully a quieter room.

Summary: Great location for overnight stay. Service and reataurant excellent and easy 100m walk to airport. Only down side is no abolity to open windows and gwr fresh air.

Summary: overall pre good, pre comfy and clean. JUST that i called reception for slippers BUT they said "slippers are for members ONLY".... I rather he tell me it is because of environmental friendly that they couldnt offer me one. I love to be your member but not a good first impression... like if there is a charge for slippers I can fork out honestly

Summary: My check-in experience was great with a very friendly staff member (Molly). I enjoyed an afternoon drink in the bar and the staff member there was also great. It was the evening bar/food service that was disappointing. They seemed so disorganised and there was really no attentiveness to customers. My room (506) was really noisy. It sounded like they were moving heavy furniture above my head after 10pm at night, so I got very little sleep/rest. I would not stay on that level/at that end again, as it is clearly underneath the operational areas of the restaurant. I had hope for a restful night before a 4.30am checkout, but it was not to be.

Summary: Easy to get to at midnight after our late night flight we didn’t want to drive. So this was perfect. Roof top breakfast was very good!

Summary: A real airport hotel with an easy and brief walk to the terminal. In the morning we went to the terminal to check our bag and walked back to the hotel room to shower.

Summary: Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. An easy one minute walk to the terminal made for an easy, early morning flight!

Summary: It is a great stay before boarding plane at the airport beside the next morning. The room is clean and very comfortable, it also let us early check-in. Service is good too. The restaurant is having a great view of the runway, remember to make reservation before going. The only shortcoming is not including parking and also too small area for reception with only one staff, leading to unexpected longer check in process. Overall, it is a great experience.
