Positive: Very good location, pleasant staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Apart from the comments below it was immaculately clean and well looked after.

Negative: Squashed mosquito on the bedroom wall above the desk. Also, as is often the case there was a little mould in the shower.

Negative: Service and breakfast quality. One hour before the end of breakfast (usually the busiest time) only one server was running around to serve a full dining room. Everything was gone by then.

Positive: The location was good and the breakfast was decent.

Negative: The staff at check in took a long time and didn't seem familiar with booking.com. There was a sign offering a welcome drink and when we tried to get one we got sent in circles to the bar, restaurant and back to the bar. We gave up. Half the staff was friendly and half were grumpy. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The gym was so filthy we didn't use it, there was dirt on the walls and the hallway smelled of cigarettes.

Negative: The Wi‑Fi connection was very weak, and unfortunately I was unable to access the internet. The reception service was also rather slow. It would have been helpful to receive assistance with my luggage, especially as I was carrying my sleeping daughter.

Negative: Breakfast was a bit of a strange one. Had to abandon any hopes on the second morning. There was no hot food available at all
