Positive: Great location and fantastic for being right in the heart of everything, Car park is tight for larger vehicles though, height was ok however there is no chance of turning a ford ranger in the car park, we have to reverse numerous times and go in the exit... besides that, it's a fantastic hotel and great value being in the centre..

Positive: great location, hard to reach by car though, but perfectly in the city centre where most sightseeing spots are. comfortable bedrooms and amenities. friendly staff at the counter.
Negative: we were told to book a parking spot in the hotel garage only to arrive and not only not finding the parking at first because it wasn't clearly identified and to be told on the phone (when we asked for help) that the parking was full and that we should park at one of the city's public parkings (which were all also full). very disappointed with this treatment as we did everything we were told to do and it never once was it mentioned that we might not get a spot even though we booked it!! did not feel like we were treated politely on the phone either.
