Summary: It is a great hotel with an excellent location. I would say the only downfall is no air conditioning and therefore open windows, which were located at a very noisy road. That put a bit of a damper in an otherwise great experience.

Summary: The heating in my room did not work. The fact that the reception did not seem surprised by this leads me to believe it has been a long time defective. Hotel fully booked so room change impossible. I was offered a small convection heater but this is not 4 star accomodation if you have to deal with this. Staff are friendly and helpful but they are not plumbers so they cant really help you. Everything else was acceptable.
