Summary: Very nice staff. Clean. Good size room. Nice breakfast. Overpriced for what you get. Premium price for average to slightly above average everything. Very firm mattress. Unable to control temperature of the room. Not a very good location for accessing Leuven centre. It was just kind of plain. If I compare to places that are half the price the things are marginally better but not worth the price increase.
