Summary: When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I had an issue. Then I spoke to the other gentleman who was on the front desk who looked to be in the manager and he was extremely helpful and polite. I will not be returning due to how rude the woman on the front desk was

Summary: This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. First of all the hotel refused to turn on the aircondition even though the room temperature was over 30 degrees at night. We did have trouble sleeping. They told us that the government was prohibiting them from using air condition until June, which is not true. Obviously they are trying to save money although we paid for cooling. Also I am pretty sure there was bedbugs as we woke up with itchy bumps on our body.. The drain was clogged in the shower. The breakfast was not impressive. There was no water in the pool. The area did not feel safe at all. The lack of maintenance in the surroundings were appalling. It looked like some of the buildings actually were deserted. And there was trash everywhere which smelled really badly. On a more positive note the metro was not far away, and it was easy going to Paris city. The hotel had a modern look and was fairly clean.
