Summary: Terrfic location, ambiance and amanities. Breakfast in the garden patio area is terrific and the spread is generation and varied. Overall, service is very good and the bed is comfy!

Summary: A tired basic hotel, the rooms are a good size, bed is comfortable, bed sofa is lumpy and unusable for sitting or sleeping, the toilet is tiny and claustrophobic and really dark as the lighting is dark,the bathroom is not good, the basin is tiny, the shower cubicle is small and the bathroom is really poorly lit, the lighting is terrible. The reception staff are excellent 👍 5⭐️,the cleaning ladies are fantastic 5⭐️the breakfast staff are fantastic 5⭐️and the security staff ishmael and the others are fantastic 5⭐️

Summary: Check in was very very slow we had completed on line check in but had to do it all again and then told to sit down and wait for our name to be called it took 45mins to get the keys! The gym is just a few machines no weights and water broken. The breakfast and pool are perfect and pool staff very helpful. It’s a good location and room was clean although tired compared to pictures and air con could have been better - we had a lovely stay (once we had a key)

Summary: The hotel is in an excellent location and is a really good hotel for no more than three people per room maximum. As some of the reviews suggests the hotel does need some attention in terms of doors and decor however this is a very minor aesthetic issue which did not bother me in the slightest. The whole tell was very clean and each of the rooms has balcony access along with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast options consisted of croissants a variety of different types of bread, salads, limited cooked options, omelettes to order, and the usual continental breakfast options. This in my opinion was ample. There is a taxi stand across the road from the hotel where both standard taxis and grande taxis are available. Has a bit of advice look at the prices in the driver's windows which are set by the government/council so that they do not rip you off with inflated prices are specific times. The swimming pool facility in the hotel was amazing and super quiet from the hours of nine up until around 12 p.m. All in all a very comfortable stay with healthful stuff for a very good price and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as long as the small aesthetic elements do not bother you. I will be booking this again if I ever visit Marrakesh once again.

Summary: Hotel was noisy at night with Club music until 4am ,reception staff are moody and not helpful. I arrived at the hotel for check-in and was told to wait 15mins as another couple were checkin and completing their paperwork. Found this very rude and unprofessional.
