Positive: Its basic hotel with a good central location.

Negative: Very overpriced for what you get — I’ve stayed in much better 5-star hotels for the same price. The biggest issue was the terrible communication. No replies to emails, phone calls, or Booking.com messages about a late check-in until my fourth call late at night. Then I still had to wait at 2 AM because of a “system error.” I also contacted them about a charger I left in the room and received no response at all. As someone who has worked in hotels for years, this level of service and hospitality is really disappointing.

Summary: Overpriced stay with poor communication and disappointing service throughout.

Positive: Location was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: The staff was not really helpful, the crib that was requested was not in the room. Also my question over booking was ignored.
