Summary: Most of the staff were great, room was a bit small and the extra bed (couch) was really to hard ro sleep on. So we booked an extra room dor our son. His room was quite cool, not like our room. Our room was warm and humid. We asked if they could put on th airco instead of the ventilator modus. The guy at the desk told us that he could not change that and that there was no technician in the hotel to fix it. And we couldn't get another cooler room. So we didn't sleep well at all. Too warm even with window open (much noise from outside) and the ventilator on 10 degress Celcius. Didn't help at all. But diner and breakfast were very good, even for a vegan like me ❤️

Summary: The room was very nice. Our only issue was the room was very hot. We ended up turning off the heat, after 5 adjustments to the temperature. Finally we opened the window so we could sleep. Luckily, we were on an upper floor.
