Summary: We liked the convenience of Hotel across road from Metro station, M1 direct into Paris, Hotel was clean and good selection for Breakfast with plenty staff clearing tables so no waiting, The room was good we had good view of Eiffel tower from bedroom window, Reception staff excellent giving advise on how to get to attractions easily,

Summary: Stay was not good for the price paid. On the first night I could not sleep as room was too warm. I was told no air con do not start till April. Next day morning I could not get hot water in the shower. When complained I was told many people staking shower in the morning causes nonhot water. What a terrible system which can not manage it's capacity.

Summary: The property was good, it was clean and staff were nice. However, the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable which and toilet clogged easily.

Summary: the restaurant took around 30 mins just to bring the menu, and when I ordered a bottle of water they never brought it. they took my order after 45 mins, and due to all tables around me complaining about the service I decided to leave and cancelled my order. The gym has limited space.

Summary: Hotel was reasonable clean and in a nice area, but very dated. Rooms need renovation, looks like it hasn't been done since the 80s with wood chip wall paper. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
