Positive: We could walk downtown to see the main sites. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Negative: We were not allowed to use the bathropes from our room at the pool. The pool guy made us return them before entering the pool. We ended up not going back to the pool. I‘m sure there could have been a different solution. Walking home from dinner with children on a Saturday night, close to the train station, didn’t feel too safe.

Positive: Close to the station (as we stayed 24H hours only and came and left by train) , but a little bit far from the touristic center. Good bathroom and air conditionning Nice breakfast buffet.

Negative: People at the front desk were always busy. Check-in took time. May be a lack of staff? Plugs in the room did not work well (but we did not call for anyone to fix)

Positive: The location is perfect — close to the center, yet peaceful at the same time. In about 10 minutes you can reach the heart of the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Negative: The only small thing is that, we expected a bit more attention to bathroom amenities. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Parking was difficult in a big car. Novotel van parked blocking part of the exit, which made it hard to leave. Gym is tiny and the sauna/pool area was closed which was disappointing.
