Positive: The breakfast was perfect, the location is great, the gym is ok, the food at the restaurant was tasty .
Negative: The welcoming was not good , the reception guy was not friendly at all because we had our son with us and it wasn’t mentioned in our booking . He was like upset and angry at us. We didn’t like his attitude even thought we told him that it’s ok since our room is executive and it has already a sofa bed . Nothing that we checked in at 11:30 pm so it’s almost the second day of you understand what I mean. The lamp in our bathroom was burnt and we only had one mirror in our room located in the bathroom and this is not practical for us as family.
Summary: It was fine , we liked Novotel and we usually stay a lot in different novotels all over Europe .

Negative: You need to take bus to nearest subway station.

Positive: This was our third Novotel experience as a family – after staying in Paris and Venice, this time we chose Novotel in Rome. The reception staff were extremely helpful; when you arrive in a new city, the hotel is the first place to get information, and they kindly guided us about transportation and activities. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a bus stop right in front, and since we traveled by car, we found the parking facilities more than sufficient. Breakfast was wonderful, and if I visit Rome again, this will definitely be my first choice. Whenever we plan a trip, we always check first if there is a Novotel in the city. :)
Negative: There was nothing negative I could say.

Positive: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind, perfect location for our day in Rome just a short walk to the nearby Metro and the. Just 20 minutes into the city centre. The breakfast was incredible!
