Summary: I stayed for 5 nights for a work trip and was very comfortable. The location is great, close to the train station and the tram and bus stops. I didn't do breakfast at the hotel and there were also no cafes nearby and open early. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There are no cute/scenic views, I was on the second floor. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, the amenities, like bar with a small menu open late and the water bottle filling station in the lobby were helpful.

Summary: Great location—walking distance to restaurants and the train station. Facilities are nice, and staff were friendly. However, the bathroom smelled strongly of urine, which was absolutely disgusting.

Summary: The hotel was what you would expect from a Novotel (quite nice rooms), but unfortunately the rooms were incredibly hot- 26oC plus with all the windows open, which made it really hard to sleep, and far too hot for our baby. We had two of the worst nights sleep of our trip here which dampened the experience. The hotel staff tried to help by changing rooms but the room was the same - they didn’t actually follow through and solve the issue. Breakfast was average. Overall a disappointing stay.
